A 5 week introduction to Hatha Yoga for beginners or anyone wanting to get a better understanding of Hatha.
Each class begins with a guide to the fundamental principles of Hatha Yoga. We’ll then practice traditional yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation. Opportunity for Q&A’s at the end.
Week one starts gently and progressing gradually over the course of 5 weeks.

Q. What Should I wear?
A. Comfortable clothing, such as gym wear
Q. Do I need to bring anything?
A. No, mats and blocks (if needed) are provided
Q. I’m not flexible, can I still attend?
Y. Yes, you do not need to be flexible to do yoga poses, however doing the poses correctly will increase your flexibility.
Q. Is there parking?
A. There is Pay & Display right outside the venue, or free parking a few hundred metres around the corner.
